Logos & Branding

Build a Brand You’re Proud to Show Off

Your brand is the combination of visuals, words, and small decisions that shape how people understand your business. It should help people recognize you, trust you, and remember why you are different.

You Had Me at Hello

You only get one first impression. Your brand is not just a logo to slap on graphics and signs. It is the thing that tells people whether to trust you, stay curious, or move on.

We work with businesses at all kinds of stages. You may be building something new and want to do it right the first time, or you may have been around for years and your brand has not kept up with you. Either way, we help you figure out the right next step.

A Strong Brand Does the Work for You

Show, Don't Tell

People make decisions quickly. A good brand makes it immediately clear who you are, what you do, and why you are worth their time.

Make Every Piece Feel Connected

A full brand system gives you a consistent way to show up across your website, signage, social media, proposals, events, and everyday materials.

Build Trust Before You Speak

People trust businesses that look organized, intentional, and consistent. A strong brand helps your credibility show up before a conversation starts.

Reflect Where You’re Going

Your brand should not only reflect where you have been. It should support where your business or organization is headed next, whether that means growth, a new audience, a leadership change, a milestone, or a clearer version of what already exists.

For businesses and organizations that need a stronger identity without overbuilding the process, Brand Essentials gives us a focused place to start.

This is typically built around the core pieces needed to create a clear, usable brand system. Full rebrands, refreshes, anniversary brands, naming work, launch materials, and larger multi-deliverable projects are scoped individually.

Not every brand project needs the same deliverables. We scope the work around what will make the brand more useful, consistent, and ready for real-world use.

Common Questions

Common Questions

Common Questions

Branding can feel complicated when you are trying to sort out logos, colors, messaging, files, and where everything needs to show up. These answers explain how we approach the work and what to expect.

What does the branding process look like?

We start with a discovery conversation to understand your business, goals, audience, and current brand situation. From there, we move through concept development, refinement, and delivery. Most projects take 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope, feedback, and how quickly decisions come together.

We already have a logo. Can you work with what we have?

Yes. Brand refreshes and evolutions are a significant part of what we do. Sometimes a full rebuild makes sense. Other times, it is better to refine what already exists and build a stronger system around it.

What if I am not sure what I need yet?

That is normal. We will ask the right questions and help you figure out what level of investment makes sense for where you are right now.

Do you work with businesses outside of Kansas?

Yes. We are based in Lawrence, Kansas, but we work with clients in other markets. Most of our branding process works well remotely through video calls, shared files, and structured review rounds.

Can you handle the whole brand and not just the logo?

Yes. That is usually where the work becomes more useful. We can help with the logo, visual system, messaging, guidelines, launch materials, website design, print materials, and marketing support that help the brand show up consistently.

Can we bring you a logo or concept we made with AI?

Yes. AI can be a useful tool for exploring visual direction, but it usually does not replace the branding process. A generated concept may help us understand what you are drawn to, but it still needs to be evaluated, refined, and rebuilt into something usable, original, flexible, and appropriate for real-world use.

In some cases, starting from an AI concept can actually take more time because we have to separate what is useful from what only looks good at first glance. We are happy to look at what you have, but we will scope the work based on what it takes to turn the idea into a real brand system.

What does a brand project cost?

Brand Essentials starts at $3,500. Most comprehensive brand engagements run $3,500 to $5,000, depending on the number of concepts, deliverables, messaging needs, and applications involved. Larger brand systems, naming work, and campaign launches are scoped individually.
