Our Process

Clear Steps. Better Work. Fewer Surprises.

Good work needs more than good ideas. It needs a clear process, honest communication, and enough structure to keep decisions moving.

Our process is built to help clients know what is happening, what we need from them, and how the work moves from first conversation to final delivery.

Step 1: Connect

Every project starts with a conversation.

You may reach out through our website, hear about us from someone you trust, or connect with us in the community. However it starts, the first step is about understanding what you need and whether we are the right team to help.

We will ask about your goals, your challenges, your timeline, and what prompted you to reach out. From there, we can decide what makes sense next.

Step 2: Discover & Align

Once there is a potential fit, we schedule a deeper consultation.

This is where we learn more about your business, organization, audience, goals, priorities, and constraints. We also share our perspective, ask follow-up questions, and start identifying what kind of scope makes sense.

After that conversation, we prepare a proposal that outlines the recommended work, timeline, and investment. The goal is to make sure everyone understands the plan before work begins.

Step 3: Kickoff & Prep

Once the proposal is approved, we officially start the project.

We meet to confirm the plan, review responsibilities, and gather what we need to begin. Depending on the project, this may include questionnaires, creative briefs, files, copy, photos, platform access, brand materials, or other existing assets.

Some kickoff meetings happen in person. Many happen by video call. Either way, the goal is the same: collect the right information upfront so the work stays focused and productive.

Step 4: Create & Collaborate

This is where the work takes shape.

Our team begins designing, building, writing, researching, or developing the work based on the approved direction. Once we reach a strong draft stage, we share the work for review.

Most projects include two structured rounds of revisions. The first round is for larger feedback, direction, and content adjustments. The second round is for refinements and final details. Clear feedback rounds help keep the project moving while still leaving room for collaboration and thoughtful changes.

Step 5: Deliver & Support

When the work is finalized, we prepare the final deliverables and help with the next steps.

Depending on the project, that may include organized design files, print-ready materials, website access, documentation, launch support, implementation guidance, or coordination with vendors.

Some projects end with a clean handoff. Others move into ongoing support, website management, marketing support, or future campaign work. We will help identify what makes sense before the project wraps.

A note on scope: This process applies to most projects, but timelines and steps may vary depending on the size, complexity, and pace of the work.

Strategy Comes First

We start by understanding your goals, audience, constraints, and priorities. Design and marketing decisions should have a reason behind them.

Clear Communication

You should know what is happening, what we need from you, and what comes next. We keep projects organized so decisions do not get lost.

Collaboration Without Chaos

We make room for feedback, questions, and discussion, but we also use structure to keep the work moving.

Work Built for Real Use

We focus on clarity, usability, and long-term value, not just what looks good in a presentation.
