You do not need to move your domain to YellowBug. Your domain can stay with your current registrar. We just need the right access to connect the domain, launch the site, and make sure the technical pieces are pointed in the right place.

Usually, yes, at least during launch. Your domain can stay wherever it is registered, but we may need access to update DNS records, connect the domain to the new website, confirm email records are protected, or coordinate with your IT provider.
